Matthew Beach is a proven and experienced litigator who has represented hundreds of clients in a wide variety of criminal matters ranging from DUI and assault to drug trafficking and murder. He has secured not guilty verdicts in jury trials involving DUI, drug possession, assault, domestic violence, sexual assault on a child, child abuse resulting in death, and murder.While enrolled in law school at Denver University in 2007 Matthew practiced as a student intern under the student practice act for the Office of the Colorado State Public Defender in Jefferson County. After passing the Colorado Bar, he continued working as a Deputy Colorado State Public Defender in Arapahoe County. Matthew left the Office of the Colorado State Public Defender in 2012 to pursue private practice. In 2013 he expanded his practice to include civil and family litigation.
Prior to law school, Matthew honorably served his country in the United States Coast Guard. In 2005 he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Regis University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Before attending Regis University, Matthew was an IT professional who provided technical services and support to companies like Credit Suisse, Sun Micro Systems, and Newmont Mining. He is also a father, husband, fly-fisherman, mountaineer, skier, snowboarder, and surfer.
